Five Fall Favorites for your Weekend Inspiration

Now that everyone, including the weather, is pretty much in agreement that it's fall, we've been doing a round up of the meals we want to make again. The farmers market this week should be filled with lots of late summer vegetables like butternut squash, cauliflower, eggplant, cranberries, and the like. Oh, and lots of apples and apple cider donuts.

So here they are in no particular order. We'll make at least one of these this weekend, and hope you will too!

Eggplant Parmesan from Young, Broke, and Hungry

Grape and Rosemary Focaccia from Lottie and Doof

Turkey Chili from Gonna want Seconds

Butternut Squash Risotto from Serious Eats

Penne with Brussel Sprouts from Skinny Taste

Pumpkin Pancakes from We're not Martha
