Grilling Ideas for your Weekend Inspiration
A couple of weeks ago we featured the burgers we want to do most (in fact, later on we made one of them), but there's more to be grilled this summer than ground beef! In our heyday (back when we had a balcony and a grill, that is) we were quite the grillers and would always be experimenting with new meals over hot coals.
These grilling recipes all look great, and most importantly, look like they'd be easy enough to do using our grill pan + stove technique.
Grilled stuffed Chicken Breast from Food for Scot:
One of our favorite chicken dishes to make a while back was a stuffed chicken with sundried tomato, goat cheese, and asparagus. It was great. This dish looks like it would be similarly good, but what is really intriguing is the sauce.
Chipotle grilled shrimp from The Pioneer Woman:
We love shrimp, and we love chipotle chiles and Mexican flavors. Enough said - we'll definitely be trying this soon.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Herbed Cornmeal Rub from The Kitchn:
We were intrigued by the cornmeal breading and think this could be a really interesting meal. Plus, we don't make pork loin enough - it's juicy and tender and really delicious.
Thai beef salad from The Sassy Radish:
Even though it's a salad, it has skirt steak in it, and we love ourselves some skirt steak. We're excited to try this one out and experience the thai flavors on the steak.
Grilled eggplant and olive pizza from Smitten Kitchen:
Bryan's dad was big on grilling pizzas, and it seems to be something of a trend now. This flavor combination of eggplant and olive is a good one, so this recipe should be a winner.
And if none of these recipes turn you on, you can always try one of ours!
Lamb Kabob's with Tomato Tzatziki from Herbie Likes Spaghetti:
Got a great grilling dish that we missed? Let us know in the comments!

Wow! These look scrumptious! I recently got some Himalayan pink salt and organic peppercorns from Sustainable Sourcing https://secure.sustainablesourcing.com and I'll have to try them out in these recipes. Thanks for sharing!
