This week we're on a quest to make some new Internet friends as we re-create recipes from around the web.
It all starts off with a trip to Kitchen Daily as we try out Braised Pork and Fennel Meatballs by Gail Simmons. As some of you may know, we enjoy a good meatball and we're on a quest to find the best. Fortunately, Gail's recipe satisfied our hunger!

Next, we move over to the Brown Eyed Baker to test out Michelle's delicious looking Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya. We were trying to get in the spirit of Mardi Gras when we made this dish, but neither of us had ever made Jambalaya before. We took a few liberties since we were cooking for two, but the spirit of the dish came through loud and spicily clear.

Lastly, we'll take on one of YiRan's favorites, Manhattan Style Clam Chowder. This comes from Serious Eat's writer Nick Kindelsperger. YiRan is always asking to make this dish but we've never known how, so thanks to the blogosphere for helping us find a recipe that could definitely become a staple on our menu.

In the mean time, let us know what your favorite dish is, and if you know of a great recipe we should try out!
